Hello guys,
For the past few months, I sat back from the cosplay community and cosplaying as a whole to do some personal healing. I still struggle with my depression and anxiety, but I'm on like...3 different types of medications and have regular doctor visits now so HOPEFULLY I can get myself back.
I did attend Anime Weekend Atlanta this past September and did work on one new cosplay. I tried something outside my comfort zone and did a nearly full armor build. I want to redo it with a better method but it was refreshing to not be glued to a sewing machine for an entire project. I want to build more armor in the future.
I'm still keeping my con lists short. I'll be going to Katsucon with 3 new cosplays but 2 of them I'm aiming to have done before January for a local con. After Katsu, I'll be attending Kameha-Con in Irving, Texas in May (it's a DBZ con!!) but I don't expect to make or bring any cosplays since I'll be flying. I am all set to be in the Artist Alley again for Queen City Anime Con next August but other than that, I have no other cons planned and I want to keep it that way. I want to take it slow and focus on other parts of my life still.
I'm cleaning up my room hard core and want to do a room tour on how to make the most of your tiny room when cosplay has consumed your soul. So expect that in the near future!!
Thanks for following me for this long and I hope to bring you guys more work and passion.
