Honestly, I hated this anime when it first came out only because of how popular got (and also I was bitter because it came out the same time as Makai Ouji and was part of the reason the anime didn't do well). I eventually started falling into the memes and the OP was a BOP and still is to this day, that I finally caved and watched it. I really loved it, and of course I really loved Levi. I cosplayed a few versions of the characters and it remains one of my best works craftsmanship wise. I never watched season 2 due to time but I kept up with the manga. I didn't like how it ended. At all.
